This is a 7-day accountability challenge designed to help users lock in, stay consistent, and learn how to fully use the app.

Overview

Show up, track it, and prove it. This challenge is built to help you stay accountable, build discipline, and create real momentum using simple daily habits.

How It Works

Participants will complete daily requirements inside the app and earn points for consistency. All activity must be tracked and logged.

Daily Requirements
  • Attend a workout class (any gym) and upload proof
  • Hit a minimum of 8,000 steps
  • Track nutrition in the app
  • Log your workout or activity
  • Complete daily check-in
Points System
  • Workout/class + proof: 10 pts
  • Step goal met: 10 pts
  • Nutrition tracked: 10 pts
  • Daily check-in: 5 pts
